餐廳裝潢, 氣氛果然別具一格, 非常雅致。 服務員態度也不錯。 但食物真的物非所值。
首先, 酒和醬油炆豬攬肉🐷: 肉質還好, 但味道太淡。 何來的酒? 哪來的醬油味??😳
還點了個韓式碎肉排年糕(#떡갈비): 第一, 與餐牌相片完全圖文不符😧 然後肉乾得驚人, 但內裡還是粉紅色的。 味道又不是太突出, 媽媽就把它混進拌飯裡去了😂
唯獨好食的, 就是餐廳最賣座, 500hkd一分的1++級韓牛。 其他餸菜不超出200hkd, 比得這個價, 起碼要能入口吧😅 的確, 肉質多汁, 而且伴牛扒的燒汁很出色🐮 但每次來這裡, 就為了食一件$500的牛排...???🙃
韓式拌飯都懶得一提了。 拜拜👋
I rarely walk out of any eatery dissatisfied, but Seoul Bistro is quite...bad😳
First, we ordered a Wine & Soy Sauce Braised Pork Belly. Texture was okay, but there was no hint of soy or wine at all. Bland.
Ddeok-Kalbi was worse. The beef patty was dry, but the inside was still pink... Is this even safe to eat? Food Safety tells me minced meat needs to be cooked thoroughly👾 Also, looked nothing like the menu picture.
The only redeeming factor was their Signature Hanwoo Steak..that costs 500hkd. Indeed, the high-grade meat from Korea🇰🇷 was juicy, and the mustard sauce was extraordinary😻 But, wow, will I really pay 500bucks each time to indulge only in this one dish?
Let's just forget I even ate a Bibimbap. There are better gems hidden in Lee Tung Avenue😔 @ 首首,韓式小館
